Class Reimbursement

Each class has a budget of $120. Teachers may make purchases for their class. In order to be reimbursed:

1. Keep the receipt (try to purchase co-op items on their own receipts, separate from personal purchases.)

​

2. Click on the form button below, submit the form, attach a photo of your receipt.

​

3. We will record your purchase and send you a reimbursement.
